1. Order Processing Time
- All orders require up to 7 business days to process before shipment.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Processing time is separate from shipping time.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
ZOZA Beauty Co is not responsible for delays caused by high order volume, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
ZOZA Beauty Co is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather disruptions
- Postal service interruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
3. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages.
- Reshipping fees may apply.
- Orders returned to us due to incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges.
- Orders cannot be modified once processing has begun.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
ZOZA Beauty Co is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
5. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier.
6. Order Delays
We reserve the right to extend processing times during:
- Product launches
- Sales events
- Holidays
- High-volume periods
Customers will be notified of significant delays when possible.
