Refund policy

At ZOZA Beauty Co, we are committed to providing high-quality cosmetic products while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

1. No Returns / No Refunds – All Sales Final

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final.

ZOZA Beauty Co does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any products once an order has been placed and processed.

Because our products are applied to the lips and skin, we cannot restock, resell, or redistribute items once they leave our possession. This policy protects the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return, no-refund policy.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective upon arrival
  • Incorrect due to our error

You must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at support@zozabeautyco.com.

Your email must include:

  • Full name used on the order
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and original packaging

Failure to provide notice within 48 hours may result in denial of replacement.

If approved, we will provide a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

3. Allergies, Skin Sensitivity & Product Reactions

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient lists prior to purchase.

ZOZA Beauty Co is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions
  • Skin sensitivities
  • Misuse of products
  • Adverse effects resulting from individual conditions

We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full application.

By purchasing from ZOZA Beauty Co, you agree that product use is at your own risk.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Please ensure all information is accurate before checkout.

ZOZA Beauty Co reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.

5. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

ZOZA Beauty Co is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Customs delays or international duties
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting ZOZA Beauty Co to attempt resolution.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with:

  • Proof of delivery
  • Order confirmation records
  • IP address logs
  • Billing verification

ZOZA Beauty Co reserves the right to refuse future service to customers who initiate unjustified payment disputes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZOZA Beauty Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
